Executive Committee Representative: State Director

 

Purpose:  To monitor the Bylaws and Operating Code and to solicit and/or develop amendments as appropriate.

 

Function:

1. Solicit proposals from the membership, officers and executive committee for amendment to the constitution and/or bylaws.

2. Develop text for proposed Bylaw Amendments.

3. Submit proposals to executive committee 30 days prior to business meetings.

4. Review suggested operating code revisions provided by the executive committee.

5. Present proposed amendments to the membership at the schedule business meeting for discussion and vote.
