2023-2025 IIRSA Executive board

The State Director, Assistant State Director, and Treasurer each serve two-year terms.
Positions are voted upon at the IIRSA State Workshop in odd years.
If interested in running for or nominating someone for one of these positions, please contact
the chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee.

The State Student Leader serves a one-year term.
This position is appointed by the IIRSA Executive Board.

Duties of the State Director:

 

The State Director shall preside at all meetings, enforce the bylaws, and carry out the will of the members. He/she shall coordinate the election or appointment of all officers and/or committees.

Duties of the Assistant State Director:

 

The Assistant State Director shall keep minutes of all State Association meetings, and maintain all membership records. He/she shall also submit an annual report at the State Workshop.

Duties of the Treasurer:

 

The Treasurer shall maintain all financial records and membership dues.  He/she will submit financial statements to the Finance Chair and State Director and will submit an annual report at the State Workshop.
